Welcome to UVSiesta! By using the UVSiesta mobile application (“App”), provided by Savekong (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Service Description
UVSiesta provides users with tools to calculate optimal sun exposure times based on their location or selected locations, helping them achieve safe and effective vitamin D intake. Additional premium features are available through a subscription.
2. User Obligations
- You agree to use the App solely for personal and lawful purposes.
- Information provided by UVSiesta is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- You must be 18 years or older to use this App.
3. Payment and Subscriptions
- Access to premium features requires a valid payment method and an active subscription.
- Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled before the renewal date via your account settings.
- Refunds for subscriptions will not be issued unless required by applicable law.
4. Limitation of Liability
Savekong is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of UVSiesta, including but not limited to inaccuracies in the information provided. Use the App at your own discretion and risk.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the App and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
